The Eugene weather station has just been UPGRADED to a Davis Vantage Pro2! This will
 provide more accurate and consistent data. It’s located in the Santa Clara neighborhood
North of Eugene Oregon. The sensors are located at my home about 10 feet above the roof line.
 The Rain Gage is heated to measure frozen precipitation. The Temperature and Humidity
sensors are located in a fan aspirated  radiation shield to keep everything accurate.

The Deadwood station was just recently installed 10/08! Thanks to a very nice couple
 willing to donate the location and bandwidth. It's a Davis Weather Monitor II 7440CS.
 The siting of the station is temporary at the moment, were waiting on the power co-op to
install their donated utility pole to mount the sensors and weather cam.

The tower holds antennas for the voice repeater, packet, APRS, and data radios. The repeater is equipped with a phone patch, IRLP node 3543 (internet radio linking project), with many other  command able options like current weather reports  and ARRL audio news all over the air. Davis weather station, APRS TNC and data radio, HotBrick LAN WAN equipment,  power supply, repeater controller, Zetron phone patch, power supply, GE Mastr II VHF repeater, Compaq DL380 file and security server, DL360 for weather web site and APRS data, DL360 for IRLP node 3543, HP KVM, APC SmartUPS 1400.

This tower mounted enclosure houses the receiver, pre amp, and notch filter for the repeaters input. Also a WAP54g access point hides in there at 45 feet.
